Ortale Kelley was proud to celebrate with Wawa #7010 Convenience Store at its VIP event in Clarksville, marking the opening of Wawa’s first store in Tennessee.
The Clarksville location represents an exciting milestone for Wawa as it begins its expansion across the state. Ortale Kelley is honored to have assisted Wawa with its alcoholic beverage licensing needs, including helping obtain the store’s beer permit and assisting with its forthcoming wine to-go license.
This opening is only the beginning of Wawa’s growth in Tennessee. Ortale Kelley will also be assisting with alcoholic beverage licensing for six additional Wawa locations this year, with more anticipated as Wawa continues its expansion from 2027 through 2029.
The VIP event also highlighted Wawa’s commitment to giving back. Through initiatives such as “Lending a Helping Hoagie,” “Hoagies for Heroes,” and a $15,000 donation to the Robert Irvine Foundation, Wawa used the occasion to support hunger-relief efforts, local first responders, military members, veterans, and their families.
