David P. Vial, II joined the firm in 2006 as an associate. His practice areas include Insurance Defense and Civil Litigation.

He graduated from Louisiana State University where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Political Science in 1998. He attended the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University where he earned his Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Civil Law in 2004.

Mr. Vial was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 2004 and to the Tennessee Bar in 2005, and he is a member of both the Louisiana and Tennessee Bar Associations. He is also a member of Phi Delta Phi.
