Todd A. Bricker
| Todd A. Bricker is a partner in the firm. He joined the firm in 1999. Mr. Bricker attended Florida State University where he obtained his undergraduate degree in 1989 and attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School where he obtained his law degree in 1999. Mr. Bricker's primary area of practice is civil litigation in both state and federal court. Mr. Bricker has also been admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. During his career, he has handled a variety of cases dealing with commercial and tort litigation. He has extensive trial experience, both jury and non jury, in matters involving professional liability, contract disputes, premises liability, insurance, construction defects, products liability, real estate and personal injury. Mr. Bricker is a member of the Nashville, Tennessee and American Bar Associations and is a member of the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association. |
