Cynthia D. Plymire
| Ms. Plymire is a partner in the firm having joined the firm in 1995. Ms. Plymire attended Middle Tennessee State University where she was the recipient of the Leadership/Performance Scholarship for academic performance and the ACT/Service Merchandise Scholarship. She graduated Middle Tennessee State University in 1988. After college, Ms. Plymire worked as an insurance adjuster at Safeco Insurance Company and later was legal liability specialist at CNA Insurance Company. She graduated from the Nashville School of Law in 1994, becoming a member of the bar that same year. Ms. Plymire's area of practice is civil litigation including insurance, auto and other; uninsured motorist defense, premises liability defense, products liability defense, commercial litigation, large loss subrogation recovery litigation, workers' compensation defense and personal injury. Ms. Plymire is admitted to practice in both state and federal court handling thousands of cases during her fifteen years of practice. In addition, she has presented a number of seminars for both clients and peers on various legal topics. Ms. Plymire is a member of the Tennessee, Nashville and Williamson County Bar Associations and the Lawyers Association for Women. |
